Rumours about Oppo launching its first Android tablet have been floating around since November last year. Nothing concrete about Oppo’s tablet has surfaced as of now. Previous leaks and rumours, however, suggest that Oppo tablet is most likely be named as Oppo Pad and is expected to feature an 11-inch FHD+ display with 120Hz refresh rate and powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 870SoC.
A well known tipster Digital Chat Station is now reporting that the 11-inch 120Hz display will have a LCD panel and will feature a dual camera at the back consisting of a 13MP primary shooter and an 8MP secondary sensor. The tipster hasn’t revealed anything about the front camera sensor though.
Other rumoured features of the tablet includes 6GB RAM, 256GB storage, ColorOS 12 based on Android 11 operating system and 8080mAh battery.
Along with some additional details related to the specifications of the device, the tipster has also dropped the tentative pricing of the tablet. According to the Digital Chat Station, the alleged Oppo Pad will be priced at CNY 2,000 in China (approximately Rs 23,000)
As already mentioned, Oppo hasn’t confirmed anything about the upcoming tablet. And, despite the alleged Oppo Pad being in leaks and rumours for almost an year, there’s no information when the company is planning to launch the tablet.
