My breakfast: I start my day with jeera water and 4 overnight soaked almond empty stomach. For breakfast, I used to have banana oats , sprouts , poha , upma , parathas, eggs.

My lunch: 1 Bhakri, 1 bowl vegetables , curd

My dinner: Mostly I like eating moong dal khichdi in dinner

Pre-workout meal: Just a bowl of seasonal fruits

Post- workout meal: Channe ka sattu as my protein shake

I indulge in (What you eat on your cheat days): I lost weight in a short time and the challenge was to completely do away from junk food (which made me put on excess weight in the first place). Hence, I didn’t allow my focus to falter and had ZERO cheat meals.

Low-calorie recipes I swear by: I love having protein-rich moong dal dosa or chilla with coconut chutney
